stormdogThe day goes much faster when my team lead is in another state and my manager is in another city and I can sit here and listen the NPR the entire day, except when I have to answer the phone on occasion. I could get used to this.
I've also gotten used to being told three days or less in advance when new hires are coming onboard whose accounts I have to create and whose systems I need to configure. Unfortunately.

On October the fifth, over two months ago, we were told about new contractors who were going to begin working for us. Today, I finally got the manager to submit the correct forms for us to set them up on our systems.
What have these people been doing for the last two months? And why is this so typical of my company?
