User: I'm having problem with APPLICATION. It's very slow.
Me: Which version of APPLICATION are you using? Version A or version B? Are you in an office, or working remote? When did the problem start? Has anyone else around you had the same problem?
User: I'm trying to use version B. I prefer version A. It started this morning.
Me: Are you in an office or remote? Has anyone else reported the problem?
User: I'm in the office.
Okay, we went from four, to two, to one. At least in this case I don't have to wait ten half lives for the sample to be safe. After three I can kick it up the chain to the network guys.

I'm confused. I just noticed that this entry is tagged with a single period. I didn't do that. How do I get rid of it?
