These are towers at the site of the 1964-1965 World's Fair site seen through the roof of the New York state pavilion. There are three; the third one is much shorter. One was a restaurant, one was an observation deck, and one was for the mayor of New York to entertain visiting dignitaries.
Though these structures are walled off, rusted, and abandoned, they are all easily seen when walking the site of the World's Fair, along with other interesting remains. That I'll write more about and post pictures of when I have time.
My stay in New York is complete. My wallet was stolen last night. Well, maybe it's New York light; I wasn't actually mugged.
I've got a late start today. Getting out the door. Bye!
