stormdogThe wheel finally came off! I pushed it with the jack, rotated it, sprayed it with PB Blaster, and repeated three or four times. Finally, with a groan, the rim came off the hub. Whee! I'm going to look at the other one, and start taking the brakes apart, after I get back from Florida.

farm_cat couldn't make it on the one to New York, I'm really happy she'll be with us this time!
The weather is so gorgeous tonight! When Moira and I got home from Sweet Tomatoes, I found that our neighbors are watching a movie outside, projected, I think, onto the side of our garage. I'm listening to the sound track to some kind of NASA-centric space movie drifting in through my open windows. A little later, the raccoon and I are going to sit down and watch a movie together and braid each other's hair. I am so happy tonight! I still have lots of chaos in my life at the moment, but tonight, life is pretty good.
