rileybear67 today! I can't remember ever having a stromboli before. At least, I didn't know what it was when she suggested one. *laughs*
The weather is nice today; I'm looking forward to a little walk through Chicago too.
I thought I was on queue duty today. I grabbed a bunch of tickets. Then I realized I wasn't. Oops.
I get to be the first guest atserinthia and todd_riverden's new apartment tonight for Star Wars: Clone Wars! Yay!
My house is looking emptier by the day. It's kind of weird.
I filed federal taxes last night. I did them through Turbotax for the first time, thanks to a freebie in the mail. I got an email today saying my refund had been 'adjusted'. I'm curious about that, since we actually ended up owing money. I'll call them when I get home and have info at hand. I hope there isn't going to be stupidity about taxes on the big refund I got from Illinois last year because my company withheld for Illinois when I didn't owe anything to that state. Paying taxes on money that went right back into paying taxes to Wisconsin would suck.
I have to do the state taxes still. I'm doing those by hand since each state costs about $40 from Turbotax. Bleh.
I guess that's about all there is to say. *woofs* Much thanks to the lovelymoiracoon for all of her work on the house!

Turnbull Ruins at New Smyrna Beach

These ruins in New Smyrna Beach, Florida were a lot of fun to explore and climb through. The foundation of the ruins dates back to before the founding of the United States as such, and prior to that, this site was used by native people as an oyster shell midden. Lots of history here.
