stormdogThere is an amateur radio meetup on Monday, May 10th in Racine. It's a meeting of the Racine Megacycle Club (http://www.w9udu.org/aboutrmc.php) and I'm interested in talking to them about their occasional classes toward getting a ham radio license. Would anybody be interested in coming with?
My great-grandfather was a ham radio operator (if I remember correctly) and it's something I've had some level of interest in for a long time. I want to get at least a basic, technician class, license. I want to learn Morse code too. Have I mentioned that my favorite morse code letter is "L"? Di-da-di-dit. It sounds like a train wheel going over a joint in the track.
