I finally got out to pick up my new sunglasses yesterday.
They're a slightly stronger prescription than my about-five-year-old unshaded pair (seen here), so they take a littke getting used to. But I like them.
The last time I had prescription sunglasses was when I was in college. I had them for a few months and thought they were really really great, then they disappeared on me. I still have no idea where they disappeared to.

mocha_mephooki is coming by tonight to help get the house cleaned up and looking nice. Our landlord wants to show it to some folks on Sunday. I packed up my big computer desk last night and put it in the Neon (it breaks down to a bunch of flat pieces) and the computer room's only remaining furniture is the eight foot long work bench I made out of scrap plywood and extra two-by-four and four-by-four wood. It will be going out for bulk trash pickup. We're getting close to the end here I think. We have a lot to go in the basement among other places, but not so long now.
