stormdogMy grades have finally been posted! I got an A.
In what, you ask? Well, everything. I can't rest on my laurels; My cumulative GPA is still only 2.45. But I'm going to apply for academic forgiveness for some of my older stuff and that will help.
But I was a straight-A student this semester. This calls for celebratory sushi.

I've been here in Hamilton, Ontario for a couple days now, and it's a neat place. I haven't seen a lot of it yet, but my dear Danaeris took me down to the Lake Ontario shore to see some industrial areas. While there, we happened on a national historic site; the HMCS Haida, the most famous ship in the Canadian Navy. She's permanently moored in Hamilton Harbor and I took a few photographs of her, as well as a nearby freighter. The Algoma Guardian was just a short ways away, perhaps moored for the winter; I'm not sure.
Danae and I are going to go with her parents to see Hair at the Royal Alexandria theatre tonight. The website says it is the oldest continually operated theatre on the continent, so I'm pretty excited about seeing her.
It was a peaceful drive and has so far been a peaceful trip. I'm hoping for non-rainy weather so I can investigate places like the Hearn Generating Station in Toronto, as well as the steel mills here in Hamilton. And then, on the 2nd, I'll be coming back home, just a little bit more traveled.
