stormdogIt's difficult to express my relief at the reelection of Barack Obama. We will have, hopefully, continued healthcare coverage via Obamacare. We will have, hopefully, progressive appointments on the SCotUS when vacancies likely open up during the next four years. I feel really positive about the future.
I have been unable to do anything other than watch election coverage and talk with Bob Allen and Timothy Raymond Allen. An irrational part of my brain kept telling me that, if I wasn't watching, something horrible was going to happen. I voted, I contributed money, and somehow staying up late and watching the polls coming in felt, on an emotional level, like another contribution. Contributing psychic energy or some such nonsense.
But I'm glad. I'm feeling really good.
I'm pretty damned excited to have Tammy Baldwin representing my state in the senate, too!
