Looking for Healthcare

stormdogCan any of you point me toward resources related to LGBTQ-friendly health care providers in the Kenosha/Racine area?
One other thing I need to do this weekend is figure out all the details of healthcare enrollment. I'm finally on the Badgercare Plus Standard plan, which means I have health coverage for the first time in about four years. I want to get a checkup, as well as get a couple other issues addressed. Ideally, I'd like to have a GP who isn't weirded out by pansexual, agender, poly people. But even someone who's known to not respond negatively to alternative lifestyle choices would be pretty cool. When I was working, I had a PPO. Now, it'll be an HMO, so I don't want to pick the wrong one!
