I'm trying, for the first time in a long time (if ever) to pre-make some lunches for myself. I'd like to avoid the partially hydrogenated oils in the Lean Pockets I've been eating all the time. I bought some tortillas and canned beans, then shredded some cheese that was here at the house. I used these materials to make some wraps to put in tupperware to take with me.
I've never managed to really figure out how to wrap stuff like that up without the ingredients falling out one end or the other. Sometimes both. Any tricks you know of? Maybe if I microwave them before taking them out of the tupperware, it'll all melt together enough to stay in place.
Anyway, I also bought some containers of yogurt, and found some protein bars (Clif Bars) that don't have the stuff I want to avoid either. I'm looking forward to trying one of those tomorrow.
