Different Kinds of Writing

stormdogI have a draft done for my application to UW-Milwaukee.
This kind of writing continues to be slow and difficult for me. I'm sure if I looked it over tomorrow I'd see a bunch of changes to make. I'm mentally analogizing different kinds of writing to different kinds of photography. If I'm photographing a building, I have a lot of techniques and compositional ideas to refer to. If I photograph a car or a person, it's kind of like starting at square one.
I like that idea more than the thought that I'm just getting worse at writing!
Danae's mother just finished cooking another wonderful dinner for us, so I'm going to go eat.
