I had planned to get stuff done today. But I got up at 4 O' clock in the evening. Blah. Didn't get to the bank. Starting working on brother's computer since I didn't finish last night. Halfway through that, my dad told me there was a phone line problem in the house, so I had to go fix that. Half the time it took was trying to remember how I jury-rigged it in the first place. We've got two lines coming in, so I've got 4 extensions spliced into the main line, and I've used speaker wire to jumper the main line onto the secondary wires of the second line and connected that to the upstaris jacks so I can have both lines running into the little switcher box I built for my computer and phones, which I never use anyway 'cause we have a cable modem now. Heh.



There's the current tangle in the basement. I actually felt kinda satisfied after reworking all the wiring and getting everything stable, despite the fact that I'm really no further along with anything than I was when I got up. Didn't get any writing done, didn't get anything done really. *sigh* I guess some days are like that. I just hope I'm feeling better tomorrow.
