I found them by Googling Punk Buddha Chicago. I *love* that the second one is bilingual. These are all faithful replicas of the styles, fonts, and layouts of the official CTA signs.

Seen on the CTA on my way to work this morning along with all the other ads and notices along the top corner of the train carriage.

Nobody else seemed to have noticed. I moved over slightly to take a picture and the person sitting under it looked briefly up toward where my phone was pointing, but did not react. It's pretty good mimicry of the official notices; maybe she just gave it a once-over and didn't realize it wasn't one.
