Music on Vinyl

As I work around the condo, I've played a few of the records I've picked up at thrift stores over the years. They're eclectic. Meat Loaf. Ozzy Osbourne. Simon and Garfunkel. The Communards. A compilation of songs about the telephone (America Sings of Telephones). Queen. A couple of EPs from defunct Chicago house music labels (those were a fun find). Playing vinyl is much less aggravating on a table that doesn't require continual speed adjustments. And I still don't have a nice hi-fi system to go with it, but you know, it sounds pretty decent. Maybe part of that is the linear tracking; I don't have enough experience to know for sure. Regardless, this has been fun.
