I got angry during an argument about semantics related to current events and civil rights and slammed Danae's dad's car door. I'm embarrassed and disappointed in myself and sad that I may have caused hurt.

I only slept for four hours because I played Diablo with Danae until I was feeling less distressed. But hopefully today will be better anyway. I have Pepsi Max to drink.
