I miss hiking in Colorado. That was amazing, and there is nowhere I can reasonably drive to over a four day weekend where I could do that kind of hiking. Finding an index of hikes in the Appalachian mountains and realizing that they're all too far away to do is making me feel disappointed and disinterested about driving somewhere at all.
I'm going to look at the list of things that I've made that I *can* see and hopefully start feeling excited again. There are even some hikes in there and that helps. This one could be fun.
