wooisme and I are currently without home internet access. Not sure what the problem is at the moment; last night I checked Time-Warner's help page from my parents' house before going out to my dad's play and saw that there were connection problems at the time. There was also a twenty minute phone wait so I figured I'd wait for it all to resolve itself.
As of this morning though, we still have no connection, so I'm going to call from work today. Can't call from home since our phone service is tied in with our data service. To those of you I've intended to get back to and haven't, I apologize. Hopefully I'll have things resolved today.
