I processed a purchase order for nearly fourteen thousand dollars worth of backup tapes. That will last us for the whole year, but it still boggles me to have spent enough money on tapes to cover a nice used car. I know that just frustrates me because of the money situation I'm in right now and that it's actually necessary for the company, but when I'm occasionally careless enough to look at it without the filter of professionalism, it just seems egregious.

Andrea and I both decided that, with eBay tanking the way it is, she should start looking for a temp gig as she works at saving up enough money for school. Wish us both luck.
