I am living dangerously. I just ate a philly cheesesteak lean pocket without, as instructed to on the box, ensuring that it was heated thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees. The microwave here is particularly sketchy today. I think I might start heating them at home and putting them in tupperware to bring to school so I don't have to worry about it.

I'm planning to stay here at school 'till seven to watch a movie about Maya Lin. In the meantime, I'll hopefully finish reading Olaudah Equiano's autobiography so I can write a paper about it over the weekend.

Since it looks like I can often find volumes of manga on Ebay for a cent, plus $3.99 shipping, I'm going to allow myself to splurge on a couple books of manga a month. I've got a handful of volumes of both Oh My Goddess and Inubaka that I've wanted to buy more of for years, but they're expensive in brick and mortar stores. They're both series that make me happy, and I'm going to slowly build up my collections of them. Though I still feel a bit odd about spending money on myself!

I'm a bit puzzled over the format of the Oh My Goddess books. The ones I have are in two different formats, and I'm not sure what the story is there. It would be nice if they were all the same size and shape to look nice on my shelves, but if not I won't lose any sleep.

Ok, I'm going to finish a book and probably get to bed. I'll try and catch up here on the weekend!
