More dizziness
Jan. 26th, 2015 11:09 pmThis is such a strange feeling. That new kind of light-headedness I wrote about earlier is triggered by certain sounds and tones. I've noticed this a bit in the past few days. Just now, Timothy and I were playing Final Fantasy 6 on the emulator together and one of the monsters had an attack that made this sound that totally made me light-headed. Now that we stopped and I'm going to go downstairs to get ready for bed, that feeling is still there. Usually it goes away pretty quickly.
And now, even the clacking of keys on my Model M is trigging moments of semi-vertigo. Ok, time for bed.

It sounds a bit like the description of Tullio phenomenon described here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Superior_canal_dehiscence.
What throws me a bit is that it's not quite dizziness, or vertigo, or a feeling of motion or spinning. It's sort of like that though. I'm not quite sure how to describe it.
