Uh-oh; the camera store in town didn't have a battery charger compatible with my camera. They suggested another place to try, which I will do after work. I'll be sad if I can't find one before the weekend. But I did pick up a soft case for my new lens. They said they'd have to order one if I wanted new, but they might have a used one if I was ok with that. Sure; I was hoping something usable would show up in a thrift store or something anyway.

So they found one in a bin and charged me all of two bucks for it. It probably would have cost me fifteen or twenty, even online. I like that.

Tonight, I'll be bowling with moiracoon! I may even be able to get a few pictures if my other battery still has a charge on it.

I need to start getting stuff together for my trip too. I think I'm going to run down and put in some laundry.
