stormdogSometimes I pretend that the default unit of time measurement in our society is equal to a minute and eleven seconds instead of a minute. Then I set the microwave accordingly. 1:11, 2:22, or maybe 98 seconds if I need a minute and a half. (I also like to progam increments of up to 99 seconds in seconds because I like to mess with the base sixty system.

This is an installation at the Laumeier Sculpture Park in St. Louis, Missouri. I wish I'd had more time to wander around the park and get more interesting pictures, but circumstances I will get into later prevented me. Still, cool stuff.

It's getting cold up here. It's really time to fix that broken window I've been putting off. We may have to turn the heat on this week, so the matter will soon become pressing. In the meantime, I'm wearing jeans instead of shorts around the house while working from home.

On a tangent, I think I'd like to have a Lomo No.2 Fisheye Camera. They look like lots of fun!
