I've gotten to the point, in dealing with this large mass of quantitative data, where I almost want to start over again from the bare surveys because I feel like I could make a *much* more organized spreadsheet if I did this again with a better sense of what kind of analysis I'm doing. But it just wouldn't be worth the time.

At least I've learned something for next time!
