Lincoln's Tomb

In Oak Ridge Cemetery in Springfield, Illinois, this towering obelisk and associated structure has been erected to the memory of Abraham Lincoln.

A few more pictures .
This sculpture is nicely executed, but the expression on Lincoln's face reads oddly to me. "Here's the emancipation proclamation. You can have it if you want it. If not, hey, no big. I've got other stuff to do."

Maybe he's just kind of annoyed that everyone keeps rubbing his nose?

There are four groups of statuary around the base of the obelisk, each representing one of the branches of the armed services at the time of Lincoln's presidency.
